Zachary F. McNally, Esq.

chary joined Hale & Hamlin in the fall of 2016.  His growing practice covers a wide range of legal matters including civil litigation, real estate and business transactions, landlord-tenant disputes and criminal matters.  Zachary is a skilled advocate for his clients, inside the courtroom and out.   

Zachary is a native of Sherman, Maine, where his family’s farming roots stretch back more than a century.  After moving Downeast and graduating from Machias Memorial High School, Zachary attended the University of Maine where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Business Management, cum laude.  Zachary went on to receive his M.B.A. from the University of New Haven in Connecticut before returning to Maine to study business and environmental law at the University of Maine School of Law in Portland.  While at Maine Law, Zachary successfully completed an internship with the Office of the Maine Attorney General in the Natural Resources and Consumer Protection divisions.  He also held leadership positions in the Business Law Association and the Maine Association for Sports and Entertainment Law.  His first class education and blue collar work ethic make him a great addition to the Hale & Hamlin family.

Zachary is Vice President of the Hancock County Bar Association.  He is also a member of the Maine State Bar Association, the Maine Trial Lawyers Association, and president-elect of the Ellsworth Noontime Rotary Club.  

Zachary is admitted to practice in the State of Maine and the United States District Court for the District of Maine.
